HOA Management

HOA management, from a team that picks up.

A homeowners' association, or HOA, runs a community of homes or townhomes under Chapter 720 of the Florida Statutes. Your board members are volunteers. We do the day-to-day work, so your board can make the decisions.

What we handle

Dues, vendors, reserves and records.

  • Collecting dues and following up on late dues
  • Paying vendors and keeping their contracts current
  • Budgets, with reserves for big projects like roofs and roads
  • Owner records and requests
  • Board and membership meetings, and the minutes

Who you work with

A licensed manager you can call.

Cody Powell is a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), the Florida license for managing condo and HOA communities. Janice and Cody Powell founded Powell Realty in Brandon in 2009 and still run it.

When you call the office, you reach a person who can help, and that person stays with your issue until it is closed out.

One association came to us carrying $495,000 in late dues. Its old management company charged extra fees, even a fee per page for faxes it had asked for. Powell took over management. We still manage it today.
