What happens after you call.

We walk the property with you.

We give you a straight assessment and what we would recommend, based on what you want out of the property.

We agree the scope: tenant placement only, or full management with rent collection.

We send you the management agreement to review and sign.

We get to work.
Someone is on call 24 hours a day, every day of the year. When the toilet overflows on a holiday, that call comes to us, not to the owner.
Owners get their own portal, with monthly statements and a rolling twelve month history, so an accountant can be given access at tax time.
Residents get a portal too, where maintenance requests are logged and routed to the right person or our in-house team.
