CDD Management

Community development districts, managed from Brandon.

A community development district, or CDD, is an independent special district created under Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes. It manages and pays for basic services in a community, and a board of five supervisors runs it.

CDDs are a Florida-specific need, and we handle them here in the same office as our Condo and HOA work.

Cody Powell is a Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM). Janice and Cody Powell founded Powell Realty in Brandon in 2009 and still run it.

When you call the office, you reach a person who can help, and that person stays with your issue until it is closed out.
