Listings and availability
Rental listings on this site come from our management system and change often. Prices, availability, photos and details can be out of date or wrong. Nothing here reserves a property for you or holds a price. Confirm anything that matters with our office before you rely on it.
Short-term and vacation bookings are handled on Lodgix. When you book, you are using their system, and their terms and their cancellation rules apply to the booking.
Owner and tenant portals
The Owner Login and Tenant Login links take you to AppFolio, which is a separate company. Your use of those portals is governed by AppFolio's terms, and you are responsible for keeping your login details private.
What we do not promise
We do not promise any particular result. Nothing on this site is a guarantee about rent, income, occupancy, how fast a property will lease or sell, or what a property is worth. Real estate markets change.
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, always be accurate, or always be free of errors.
Fair Housing
We follow the Fair Housing Act and Florida fair housing law. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, or national origin. We follow federal, state and local fair housing laws. If you believe you have been treated unfairly, call our office.
Using the site properly
