Property Details
Water front 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. We are 15 minutes from downtown Tampa, Amelia, Straz Center, Convention Center, Hyde Park, Channel Side, and Ybor City. Additionally we are 15-20 minutes from Bush Gardens and 45-55 minutes from Clearwater Beach.
Our water front 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium is located on the 2nd floor, which is the top floor of the building. The unit has about 600 square feet, an open floor plan, and is a corner unit. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and walk in closet. There is a 50 flat screen TV in the living room and there is also a 42" flat screen in the master bedroom. PLEASE ENSURE YOU READ THE "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" BELOW PRIOR TO BOOKING SO THAT YOU UNDERSTAND THE SLEEPING CAPACITY IN BEDS AND TOTAL UNIT CAPACITY. 7 NIGHT MINIMUM.
We have several properties in the area ranging from 1 to 3 bedrooms. Should this wonderful property not be available for the dates you need or will not accommodate your needs, chances are we have another property that will be a perfect match.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. EST and our standard check-out time is by 10:00 a.m. EST.
2. This property is located about 10 minutes from Downtown Tampa, 15 minutes from Busch Gardens, and about 30-40 minutes from the beaches.
3. We do accept pets at some properties. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. All pets must weight 35lbs or less. Dogs and cats only. WE DO NOT EXCEPT ANY EXOTIC ANIMALS.
4. We do not provide cribs or pack-in-play. There are local services that do provide those items should you desire to rent them.
5. Please note that we require a minimum payment of $500 at the time of booking and your remaining balance, if any, is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If your reservation total is less than $500 then your entire reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
6. If you pay with a credit card an additional 3% processing fee will be added to the reservation total. We only accept Visa, Discover, or MasterCard.
7. The number of people the property can sleep/accommodate may not sleep all people in beds. The total number of people unit can sleep/accommodate is the maximum number of people we allow to stay and sleep in the unit overnight.
8. MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO RENT and provide a form of identification(Drivers License, Passport, or similar) prior to checking in the confirm age and identity.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel 30 or more days prior to your arrival date we will issue you a refund of your prepaid amount(s) less an administrative fee of $100.
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival then we can only issue you a refund if we are able to get the property released. Should that occur then we will issue you a refund less an administrative fee of $100.

Cancellation Policy
We require that all reservation must be paid in full 30 days prior to a guests arrival. If a guest cancels their reservation 30 days prior to arrival then we will issue a refund of the amount(s) we have received less an administrative fee of $100. If a guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days prior to their arrival then we are only able to issue a refund if we are able to get the property released. If we are able to get the property released then we will issue a refund of the amounts we have received less an administrative fee of $100. No refunds are given for any credit card processing fees.
Deposit Policy
We require a minimum payment of $500 at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation total is less than $500 then the full balance of the reservation is due at the time of booking. Please note that we do not collect or hold any deposits whatsoever. Any and all funds collected are credited towards a guest total reservation cost(s).

Great stay for bird lovers! A great view over a lake with tons of bird- cranes, ducks, hawks, pelicans… It’s a nice stay with a washer and dryer inside the unit which was great for us! The TV has cable, the kitchen has enough basic stuff to cook and the bed is comfortable. Our only problem was the shower didn’t drain and the tub was dirty because of it- before we used it, so it was not cleaned before we came. But I think this is an easy fix that will hopefully be resolved. Great location and good for a couple.

Cody's place is a great quiet place to stay. It is by the water although you can't get into that water the pool was warm. You get to see beautiful birds and watch the pond. The bed was absolutely the most comfortable I have ever stayed on!! My family would book again.

Overall, we felt lucky to have stayed at the lake condo while we were waiting for our new house to be built. The main reason we picked it was because it was pet friendly for our cat. Honestly it was a tight squeeze for two people… okay for us temporarily, but I’d probably recommend this condo for a single person if staying long term. Location - It’s surrounded by so many delicious restaurants and cool businesses. Our favorite meals were from Dairyland, Shells, Jimmy Hulas and Cali Viejo. But it’s also close to a lot of hospitals, so you do get a decent amount of sirens. It’s only 10-15 minutes to 75 and 20 minutes to Tampa proper. Bed - The queen was small and the pillow topper really REALLY soft… we prefer something more firm. Plus it’s pretty tall for a short person like me to climb up into. View - Beautiful! We enjoyed many sunsets watching the birds, lizards and cranes do their thing. Interior - I worked remotely from the condo and found the WiFi fast and reliable. The couch was a new comfy leather recliner - so comfy that it convinced us to get one of our own. The kitchen is furnished, but missing some small things like a cookie sheet, oven mitts and pizza cutter. The floors were all new laminate wood, not carpet like the pictures. And the walk-in closet is spacious extra storage space we weren’t expecting. In unit washer and dryer was a nice perk too. Amenities - the pool always has space and was never packed out even on weekends. Same with the gym. It’s a little under maintained but does the job. Issues - First, I want to say our contact Adrien was very helpful resolving incidents that happened. But I still need to mention so others can be aware. We had ants when we first arrived and Adrien put in a work order to spray. Our door could be unlocked by pressing the top button without entering a code. Adrien came back to reprogram and was concerned about our safety, fixing the issue. Next, our truck was towed because of a parking pass misunderstanding; the complex requires a pass, but as a guest we’re supposed to be okay without one. We called Adrien and didn’t have to pay the towing fee, but it did take up our morning to go get it from the impound 20 minutes away. Around the same time someone damaged our leather truck bed cover trying to break in. Even with the issues we had, the stay was still an adventure we’ll remember fondly. Very thankful we had this Airbnb option in between houses.

Nice, quiet, small-lake view. Close parking to bldg - park anywhere. Cute, clean place. Your unit door is a few feet from the neighbor's door. One long outdoor balcony is shared with neighbor. Your side has 2 comfy chairs. Current images show carpeting - when we arrived, floors were updated with laminate flooring. Better choice for those with allergies. Mini hand soaps, toilet paper, towels, hair dryer, paper towels, coffee filters, sponge, dish soap and dishwasher soap were provided. Very roomy walk-in closet with plenty of shelving and additional blankets and pillows. The bed's mattress is memory foam - too soft for us, personally. They also provided a few pots and pans, reg glasses, wine glasses, mugs, cutlery and cooking utensils. Bring your own pantry items. Don't forget laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The pool is only a short walk away. Tip: Contact the property management about the condition of the pool before you plan to use it. Cody's contact person was very attentive and professional. Our check-in and check-out process was easy.

We were traveling from Michigan and decided to stay at this place because it looked newly updated, clean, was surrounded by water and it had a pool with a nice view. When we got there to check in we were informed that the pool was not functional. A pool on site was one of our requirements for booking. We were highly disappointed and when I contacted the host about it I got no response. I would not book with him again.
