With a king bed, queen bed, twin beds, and even a bunk bed with a twin trundle, there's ample space for everyone to rest and rejuvenate. Additional sleeping options are available in the game room and living room, ensuring a comfortable stay for all.
Our vacation rental also offers the convenience of a modern kitchen, complete with all the essentials you need, from a dishwasher to an air fryer. Stay connected with free WIFI and make use of the complimentary toiletries and in-unit washer/dryer. For families, we provide a high chair, making packing a little lighter.
Please note that there are stairs required to access the property, and for your safety, six (6) external security cameras are in place.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 p.m. EST and our standard check-out time is by 10:00 a.m. EST.
2. This property is located about 15-20 minutes from Downtown Tampa, 20 minutes from Busch Gardens, and about 45 minutes from the beaches.
3. We do accept pets at some properties. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per pet. All pets must weight 35lbs or less. Dogs and cats only. WE DO NOT EXCEPT ANY EXOTIC ANIMALS.
4. We do not provide cribs or pack-in-play. There are local services that do provide those items should you desire to rent them.
5. Please note that we require a minimum payment of $500 at the time of booking and your remaining balance, if any, is due 30 days prior to your arrival. If your reservation total is less than $500 then your entire reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
6. If you pay with a credit card an additional 3% processing fee will be added to the reservation total. We only accept Visa, Discover, or MasterCard.
7. The number of people the property can sleep/accommodate may not sleep all people in beds. The total number of people unit can sleep/accommodate is the maximum number of people we allow to stay and sleep in the unit overnight.
8. MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO RENT and provide a form of identification(Drivers License, Passport, or similar) prior to checking in to confirm age and identity.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel 30 or more days prior to your arrival date we will issue you a refund of your prepaid amount(s) less an administrative fee of $100.
If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival then we can only issue you a refund if we are able to get the property released. Should that occur then we will issue you a refund less an administrative fee of $100.

Cancellation Policy
We require that all reservation must be paid in full 30 days prior to a guests arrival. If a guest cancels their reservation 30 days prior to arrival then we will issue a refund of the amount(s) we have received less an administrative fee of $100. If a guest cancels their reservation less than 30 days prior to their arrival then we are only able to issue a refund if we are able to get the property released. If we are able to get the property released then we will issue a refund of the amounts we have received less an administrative fee of $100. No refunds are given for any credit card processing fees.
Deposit Policy
We require a minimum payment of $500 at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation total is less than $500 then the full balance of the reservation is due at the time of booking. Please note that we do not collect or hold any deposits whatsoever. Any and all funds collected are credited towards a guest total reservation cost(s).

Cody was responsive and immediately came to fix the sink when we had an issue. He was very welcoming and the house was beautiful. The house even had accommodations for toddlers including a high chair and pack and play. Even though we didn't use these items, it was great for families who have children. Our stay was sub par. It wasn’t awful but for what we paid I was expecting better. The house was on the small side. Cockroaches were evident throughout the house. We found and had to rid of several live ones and cleaned up dead ones. The pull out couch was not comfortable at all. For a house that sleeps 10, only 6 bath towels were provided. No kitchen towels, so we had to use bath towels. There were no trash bags, no dishwasher detergent and the bathroom shower in three hallway was clogged. When we took a shower, we were standing in ankle deep water. The arcade machine listed in the description doesn’t even work, which was a disappointment to our kids. The lights in the master bedroom would sometimes work and other times wouldn’t. The lights in the front guest room would flicker off and on all the time. The patio constantly had ants. It wasn’t the worst stay but it certainly wasn’t the best. The pool was great, the location is great if you don’t mind driving 45-60 min for a beach day.

This home was so incredibly beautiful. My family felt right at home. Waking up and sitting outside with trees all around was so peaceful. The beds were comfortable and there is plenty of space for many people to fit comfortably. We didn’t use the pool but it was lit every night which was pretty. Everything is newly refinished and all minimal living essentials were provided. I felt safe here when I did stay by myself. I found the location to be easy to access and it was near most major places in the area. The yard is another great feature in this home. Tons of space to run and play!
